For this 2015watches.com review, I chose a brand that I almost forgot about, even though it produces some timepieces that really speak to me. I've always been a fan of the IWC replica Big Pilot, so I really cannot explain why I overlooked this model for so long. I really got excited when I placed the order, but the excitement faded away really fast after seeing what's it all about.

Quality: Are These Watches Any Good?

Again, I can't tell you how excited I was about getting this IWC replica. It's not the first one to catch my eye, but I noticed the A- engraving on the dial. This only means one thing, it's a limited edition, the IWC Big Pilot Antoine de Saint Exupery replica. In its genuine form, it comes either in stainless steel, gold/white gold or platinum case and tobacco dial. This one did not, but I still liked the way it looks.
But, as I told you, my excitement quickly faded away when seeing the crap I received.
When I took it out of the box, it didn't look that bad, to be honest. It actually looked pretty good. But I noticed it wasn't running, so I decided to give it a little whirl so I can set the time and see if the seconds hand sweeps. This IWC replica is a Japanese automatic model, by the way.
So, I shook it up a little and it started working. The seconds hand begun its sweeping motion and I was thrilled to see this, thinking that I finally got a nice replica. But that wasn't the case. I unscrewed the crown in order to set the time and it just popped out like it wasn't held in place at all. I tried to gently push it back into place, with no result, of course. Really, really disappointing!
After this incident, I took a closer look and noticed other flaws, like the dial being a little offset, and the A- inscription on the dial, which is a little smudged. This IWC replica came with this inscription made in black, whereas the original has it in white. And the date, the original has white numerals over a black background. These color issues are minor, the main thing is for the watch to function properly, which it doesn't.
Concluding, I can't say (and I think no one can for that matter) that this IWC replica is a good one. Maybe even best IWC replicas aren't perfect in all details, but they are pretty close and they run good.

The Site: Usability and Design

I can't imagine someone accessing the website and after seeing the homepage saying “Yes, I'm going to buy my watches here from now on”. That's because the homepage looks awful. If they were to put a little more thought into it, it wouldn't look that bad. I can't imagine that creating a banner or posting an appealing image takes too much time.
The first page of a website acts like a calling card and this is where you gain or lose a lot of clientele.
Anyway, you can see the IWC replica selection listed on the right of the page, where all their brands are listed, alphabetically. Taking a brief look on this list, I can say that variety is there and that for some reason, these guys even sell Casios. I don't know why someone would buy these as a replica…
Moving on to the IWC replica selection, they have over 300 models available and they're grouped by collection, this also being their only filter. You can find here 70 IWC Big Pilot replica models, some good looking, others really horrible. If they all have the functionality of mine, they'd be better off without them.

Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?

You can contact these guys only via email/contact, but they reply promptly, as promised.
Unfortunately, they don't know their merchandise very well and they also give the impression that you somehow bother them with your inquiries. Before purchasing, I sent them an email asking them to do a quality check and see if the watch runs well. I didn't ask the usual “Are your watches any good” because let's be honest, they can only say they're top notch or something.
They said that there's no need for additional checking, the IWC replica is perfect. As you can see, that's a bold face lie.

Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?

I paid $25 for the shipping and received this IWC Big Pilot replica in a little over two weeks. Considering the price, they could work on their shipping method a little bit. But this is not the worst one that I've seen, so I will call it a decent one.
Also, take into account that this is the only shipping method, no express one. If you are in a hurry of some sorts, this is not the website for you.

Return Policy: Is It Reasonable?

They offer a 180-day warranty, where you're entitled to free repair (or at least that's what they claim).
You also get the standard 14 days in order to send back the goods in order to get a refund or an exchange, no questions asked.
I sent them an email explaining the issue with this IWC replica Big Pilot, including some pics. Guess their first reply: “damage is your fault”. I was really outraged so I sent them another email but I don't want to say exactly what I wrote, just imagine a lot of beeps. After a few other emails back and forth, they agreed to do a refund and as always, I did have to pay for the IWC replica to be shipped back to them.
Overall, I'd call it a decent return policy, even if the customer support really drags it down. If you know your merchandise is crap, at least show your customers some respect. Decency is slowly fading away, unfortunately.

To sum up this 2015watches.com review, I can say there are better places to shop for your favorite IWC replica. A decent return policy doesn't make up for the absolute crap that is their merchandise. Hoping they will work on their own issues, I will give these guys a chance for redemption some time in the future, but until then, I advise you to stick with reputable dealers, like Perfectwatches.cn .
